Returns Policy
Returns or exchanges on most new and unopened items is solely at the discretion of Revolution Auto & Sound within 7 days of delivery.
Remote starters, alarms, security bypass modules, radar detectors, electrical parts and special order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as quickly as possible with an RMA number and instructions for how to return/exchange items from your order. DO NOT just send us your returns without contacting us first for instructions and a RMA number. It will all just be sent back collect to you collect.
If your order contained free shipping the amount of the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
