Returns Policy
You may return or exchange most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return or exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items that were previously installed are subject to final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Remote starters, alarms, security bypass modules and radar detectors are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
ALL RETURNS WILL INCUR A 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as quickly as possible with an RMA number and instructions for how to return/exchange items from your order. DO NOT just send us your returns without contacting us first for instructions and a RMA number. It will all just be sent back collect to you.
If your order contained free shipping the amount of the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
